- Is there a Sky Tree view from all rooms?
- Sky Tree cannot be seen from the Standard Double Room and Modern Double / Modern Twin Room.

- Can I stay with my pet?
- Pets are not allowed to stay inside the hotel, regardless of the animal type or size.
Only service animals (guide dog, assistance dog, service dog etc.) are allowed in the hotel.

- Is late check-out available?
- Normal check-out time is before 10:00am.
If you want a late check-out, you can extend the stay for 1,500-yen one hour.

- There are no plastic bottles in the room, but you can drink straight out from the tap.

- Turn right at Mizuho Bank of Honjo Azumabashi, about 3 minutes on foot from the hotel, and you will find the “Maiba Sketch” supermarket only a few steps.

- Not in the vicinity of the hotel. But a Mini Stop near Honjo Azumabashi Station within 3 minutes on foot.

- No parking lot in the hotel. but we can tell you about information on nearby coin parking.

- About cancellation of reservation.
